A pioneer of the “independent television” movement, the Festival strives to construct new and innovative paths of development and talent identification, while simultaneously complementing the traditional television development model.

Our networking group currently has 1500+ people and meets for face-to-face networking and seminars on Film/TV/New Media. PEN was started by Stephen Felt in October 2009. Many people have found jobs attending our functions and many projects have been created from the connections made at PEN meetings. We currently meet at McFaddens in Citizens Bank Park and have been meeting at the same location for over 3 years. We have a private room in the back and always have drink and food specials for our attendees as well as door prizes and discounts to sponsors products and services.
